Challenge
What a lot of people don't know about Krav Maga, aside from it being the best self defense system available, is that the classes are solid workouts. They are, literally, one High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. This is why most Krav Maga practitioners are in awesome shape.
We have taken all of the fitness aspects of Krav Maga classes and applied it into this Challenge, leaving out the bone-jarring nature of a typical Krav Maga class.
You will learn how to execute a variety of strikes (punches, elbows, kicks and knees), and gain the ability to apply it in the context of combat - with movement and increasing amounts of stress.
The success of this Challenge lies in the proprietary combination of intense exercise and raw functional movement, with a dietician-approved nutrition plan and bulletproof accountability.
No previous experience or minumum fitness levels required.
We don't care where you're starting from.
You just need to be motivated and dedicated. We'll take it from there.
